If your motoring pride and joy needs an Mot test, requires vehicle service or a specific repair we can offer a solution that is safe, contactless and easy to use, with your vehicle returned to you clean, on completion. Relax, enjoy your day whilst we collect and return your vehicle to you. Please note, we always respect safe social distancing. All our selected service providers are independent, licensed, regulated and authorised by the DVSA (Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency) formerly known as VOSA or The Ministry of Transport. They are all family run operations, that deliver on service.

We deliver standards that mirror and often surpass that of the more expensive and less personal main dealers. We actually care, sadly a disappearing quality. At all times we will treat your vehicle with courtesy and respect and of course we are fully insured. We are always mindful of motoring costs and will always seek approval for all repairs. Please note, we are not the cheapest. However, we do excel and deliver on customer delight, which is continually driven by your satisfaction. Our parts always match the quality of the manufacturer’s original equipment and are sourced from trusted partners, they carry a two year warranty.

Modern cars are very complex machines, they sometimes present warning lights which in turn cause uncertainty. This can confuse and occasionally frustrate customers. Faults are not always obvious. Best practice is to undertake a diagnostic investigation to learn and understand more about the underlying issue(s). We won’t just guess or take the client’s instruction without this. Every journey starts with the first step, the diagnostic investigation is that first step. Please see our charges or call if you are unsure. Using hi-definition video we will always do our best to communicate in a clear and transparent way. Using modern mediums like email, WhatsApp, text or FaceTime, we will attempt to reveal all faults with as much ‘jargon free speak’ as possible. However, if all this modern stuff fails, we will call you! Good, clear communication always helps to resolve frustrating motoring problems quickly. We are really good at this and have been recognised previously as award winning service providers. If we get it wrong, we won’t charge you…and that’s a promise.

Our Principal has over thirty years of motor trading experience. Our team has over forty five years experience from within the premium service sector and we can offer help, assistance and guidance in relation to most, if not all motoring matters to include dispute resolution. If you are not happy, we won’t be happy.
